Every piece is checked at the bench, polished and boxed by hand before it leaves the workshop. It travels in plain outer packaging, fully insured, by tracked courier, and must be signed for. You get an email with tracking the moment it ships.
Ready-to-wear pieces ship within two working days and arrive in 2 to 4 working days anywhere in the US. Made-to-order pieces ship when they are finished; the time is shown on each product page. Insured shipping is free over $150. You are also welcome to collect from the showroom at 212 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn.
Unworn pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, using the prepaid insured label we provide. Engraved, resized and bespoke pieces cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Ring not quite right? Resizing is free in the first 60 days. Send it back with the insured label and we will return it within five working days.
