How we keep every toy safe

Every toy on Bumblebox passes five checks before it reaches you.

1. Certified

All toys carry the BIS ISI mark under IS 9873, as Indian law requires.

2. Non-toxic finishes

Paints and finishes are water-based and free from lead and heavy metals. Wooden toys are sanded smooth and checked for splinters.

3. No small parts for under-3s

Anything for children under three passes the small-parts cylinder test.

4. Secure batteries

Battery compartments are screwed shut. We never stock toys with loose button batteries.

5. Played with first

Every toy spends two weeks in our play lab with real children before we stock it.
