How fast do you deliver?
Orders placed before 2pm leave our Bengaluru studio the same day. Bengaluru delivery takes 1–2 days and the rest of India 3–6 days. Delivery is free over ₹999, otherwise ₹79.
How do you decide a toy's age range?
Our paediatric occupational therapist checks every toy against developmental milestones. The age on each toy is when it's both safe and genuinely interesting, not just the legal minimum.
Are your toys safe for babies who chew everything?
Yes. Every toy is BIS certified (IS 9873) and finished with non-toxic, water-based paints. Toys for under-3s have no small parts, and we tell you exactly what each toy is made of.
What if they don't like it?
Return any unused toy in its original packing within 30 days for a full refund. Opened toys with a fault are replaced free.
How does the baby registry work?
Sign in, create your registry and add the toys you'd love. Share your link with family. When someone buys an item, it's marked bought so nobody doubles up, and the gift lands on your thank-you list.
How do return-gift bulk prices work?
Prices drop automatically when you buy 10 or more of the same return gift, and again at 25 and 50. You'll see the price per piece change in your bag before you pay.
Can I pause or cancel the Play Box?
Monthly boxes can be paused or cancelled any time before the next box ships. Quarterly plans are paid for three boxes up front at a lower price per box.
Can you gift wrap and add a note?
Yes. Choose “Gift wrapped” on any toy for ₹49 and write your message at checkout. Registry gifts always include your message.
