Return any unused toy in its original packing within 30 days for a full refund.

Faulty toys

If a toy arrives damaged or develops a fault, we replace it free. Send a photo from the help page.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of the return reaching us.

Registry gifts

Registry gifts can be exchanged for store credit by the registry owner.
