By booking with Solène you agree to the following.
## Bookings
Appointment times are confirmed on booking. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your treatment so the next guest is not kept waiting.
## Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes. Long or thick hair may need extra product; your stylist will tell you before starting.
## Health
Please tell us about allergies, pregnancy or medical conditions before your treatment. Patch tests are required for colour and lash services.
## Liability
We take great care, but cannot accept responsibility for reactions to products where a patch test was declined.
