## Appointments
Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your appointment. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service value on your next visit.
## Bridal bookings
Bridal dates are confirmed with a 25% deposit, refundable up to 30 days before the date.
## Memberships
Pause or cancel any time before your next billing date. Unused treatments roll over for one month.
## Gift cards and products
Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for twelve months. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days.
