Yes. Let us know at least 12 hours before your appointment and there is no charge. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service on your next visit.
Ten minutes early is ideal for hair and nails. For spa treatments, come fifteen minutes early so you can change and have a tea first.
For colour, lash lifts and tints, yes: 48 hours before your first appointment. It takes two minutes and you can walk in any time we are open.
You pay monthly and your treatments are waiting for you each month. Member discounts apply to everything else. You can pause or cancel any time before your next billing date.
