## What is covered
Faucets, showers, sanitaryware and brass accessories: 10 years. Water heaters: 7 years on the tank, 2 years on the element. Lighting: 2 to 3 years. Electronics, pumps and sensors: 3 to 5 years. The exact term is listed on each product page.
## What is not covered
Damage from incorrect installation, abrasive or acid cleaners, water pressure outside the stated range, and normal wear of seals and washers.
## Making a claim
Email care@jalora.example with your order number and a photo. A technician visits within 72 hours in serviceable cities, and covered parts and labour are free.
