Yes. Every product ships with a fitting guide and template, and your warranty stays valid as long as the guide is followed. Concealed bodies must be pressure-tested before tiling.
Most faucets and hand showers work from 0.5 bar. Rain showers need 1 bar, and shower panels, body jets and thermostatic valves need 1.5 bar or more. If your home is fed from an overhead tank, a pressure pump is usually needed for these.
Faucets, showers, accessories and lighting are dispatched within 2 working days and arrive in 3 to 6 days. Sanitaryware, bathtubs and enclosures travel by surface freight and take 7 to 12 days. You get a tracking link as soon as the order ships.
Delivery is free on orders over ₹5,000. Below that it is a flat ₹150. Large items are delivered to your door, including upper floors where there is a lift.

Products that have been installed, made-to-measure shower enclosures and service add-ons cannot be returned. They remain fully covered by warranty.
Rinse with clean water and wipe dry with a soft cloth. For soap marks, use a drop of mild dish soap. Never use acid cleaners, bleach or scouring pads; they dull any finish, plated or PVD.
Wipe fittings dry after use to stop limescale forming, rub the silicone shower nozzles clean once a month and unscrew and rinse faucet aerators every three months. For water heaters, have the anode checked once a year.
The aerator at the tip of the spout has almost certainly collected grit. Unscrew it by hand or with the key supplied, rinse it and screw it back. If the flow is still low, contact the service desk.
