Vesper is the most demanding piece on our bench. Every seam is saddle stitched by hand with waxed linen thread, around 1,400 stitches in all. The black leather is the thickest we use and comes from a single tannery in Kanpur. A detachable pouch clips inside. We made thirty, numbered on a brass plate under the handle. It is a bag to keep for decades and hand on.
Wipe with a dry cloth, condition twice a year
Every Karvelle bag is repaired for life. Loose stitching, worn edges and tired hardware are put right at the studio, free of charge.
