A bag made by hand can be mended by hand. We repair every Karvelle piece for as long as you own it.
Stitching, hardware, straps, handles and edge paint that fail through normal use are repaired at no charge.
Damage from accidents, water, pets or ink can usually be repaired for a fee. We will send a quote before any work begins. Most paid repairs cost between ₹400 and ₹2,500.
To send a bag in, write to hello@karvelle.example with a photograph and the number stamped inside your bag. Post it to Studio 4, Narain Singh Circle, Jaipur 302004. You cover postage to us and we cover the return.
Most repairs take 7 to 10 days at the bench. Where we can, the maker who made your bag will be the one to mend it.
