We want you to be glad you chose your bag. If you are not, send it back.
You may return or exchange any unused piece within 14 days of delivery. It should come back in its dust bag and box, with the maker's card.
To start a return, write to hello@karvelle.example with your order number. We will arrange a pickup within India at no charge. International customers arrange their own return postage.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of the piece reaching the studio.
Monogrammed and custom pieces, and pieces that show signs of wear, cannot be returned. If anything arrives faulty we will repair or replace it, whatever it is.
