Charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹7,500. Orders below that carry a flat charge of ₹149.
Dispatch and delivery times
Non-prescription frames are dispatched within one working day and take 2 to 5 working days. Prescription orders take 7 to 10 days because the lenses are cut to order.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Packing
Every frame travels in a hard case with a cleaning cloth, inside a rigid outer box.
