Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹7,500 and a flat ₹149 below that. Non-prescription frames leave within one working day and arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Prescription orders take 7 to 10 days. Every parcel is insured and tracked.
Payment
We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Returns
Return any unworn frame in its case within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We arrange the pickup. Frames glazed to a prescription can be exchanged for a different frame once.
Damaged or incorrect items
Write to us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace the frame or refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of the return reaching us.
