Unworn frames in their original case may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Prescription orders
Lenses cut to your prescription cannot be refunded, but the frame can be exchanged once for a different frame.
Faulty items
Frames carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Write to us with your order number and a photo to start a claim.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of the return reaching us.
