Usually within days. We restock after every market morning, and seasonal stems return when their season does. Pick the sold-out size on the product page and tap Notify me: we email you once, the moment it is back, and never add you to anything else.

Some are not. Lilies are highly toxic to cats, so we never add them to a bouquet unless the product page says so, and you can ask for a lily-free order in the notes at checkout. Tulips, monstera, snake plants and peace lilies can upset cats and dogs if chewed; orchids, olive trees, roses and sunflowers are pet-friendly. For hay fever, choose roses, tulips, ranunculus or orchids, which shed very little pollen. Every plant page states whether it is safe around pets.

Most bouquets last 7 to 10 days; tulips, peonies and dahlias are shorter at 4 to 7, and dried flowers last a year or more. Trim 2 cm from every stem at an angle, strip any leaves below the waterline, and use a clean vase with the flower food we include. Change the water every two days and keep flowers away from direct sun, radiators and the fruit bowl. Every product page lists its own vase life and care.

We deliver fresh flowers and plants by hand across the Portland metro area, Monday to Saturday. Order by 1pm Pacific for same-day delivery; later orders go out the next delivery day. Choose a morning window (9am to 1pm) or an afternoon window (1pm to 6pm) at checkout. Dried flowers, vases and extras ship anywhere in the US in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery is free over $150.

Fresh flowers cannot be returned, but every order has a seven-day freshness promise: if anything arrives damaged or fades early, send us a photo within seven days and we will replace it or refund you. Flowers are seasonal, so now and then we substitute a stem with one of equal or greater value in the same colour and style. We never substitute the main flower in a bouquet without asking you first. Vases, candles and other extras can be returned unused within 30 days.

From a small circle of growers in the Willamette Valley and along the Oregon coast, topped up from the Portland flower market when the local season is quiet. We buy three mornings a week, so nothing sits for long. You can have a bouquet delivered every week, fortnight or month with a subscription: set it up at The Flower Studio, pause or skip any delivery, and cancel whenever you like.
