We collect only what we need to run the shop: the details you give us at checkout, including the recipient's name and delivery address, in a review, in a back-in-stock request, when booking a slot at The Flower Studio, when sending a gift card, or when you join the Petal & Stem mailing list.
We use them to confirm and deliver orders, write your card message, confirm Flower Studio bookings, email you when a size is back and, if you subscribed, send news of what is in season. We never sell your data, and we never contact a recipient for anything other than their delivery.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time at hello@petalandstem.example. We reply within 30 days.
