Every bouquet is made by hand on the day it is delivered. Stems travel in water, wrapped in paper, with a sachet of flower food and your card message written by hand. You get a text the moment it leaves the shop.
We deliver across the Portland metro area Monday to Saturday, in a morning window (9am to 1pm) or an afternoon window (1pm to 6pm). Order by 1pm Pacific for same-day delivery. Dried flowers, vases and extras ship anywhere in the US in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery is free over $150.
If nobody is home we leave flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbour and send you a photo.
Fresh flowers and plants cannot be returned, but every order has a seven-day freshness promise: send us a photo and we will replace or refund anything that arrives damaged or fades early. Unused vases and extras can be returned within 30 days. Gift cards are non-refundable.
