On-demand orders can be cancelled without charge until the kitchen starts preparing them, usually two hours before your slot.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Delivered meals are charged at your plan rate and the balance is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
If a meal arrives late, incomplete or not as described, tell us the same day and we will credit that meal to your plan or refund it.
