Delivery fees depend on your zone and are waived above the zone's free-delivery amount. Subscription meals are always delivered free.
If nobody is available to receive a meal, the rider will call once and wait five minutes. An undelivered meal is marked as failed and is not refunded, because the food has already been cooked for you.
