6:00 amMarket run
Vegetables, paneer and chicken are bought fresh for that day's menu only.
7:30 amStoves on
Dal, sabzi and rice are cooked in small batches. Jain meals are made at a separate station.
10:30 amRotis and packing
Rotis are rolled last so they stay soft. Each dabba is checked against its order and sealed.
11:30 amRiders leave
Each zone has its own rider, so your meal travels a short, fixed route.
12:00 pmLunch delivered
Two lunch windows: 12 to 1 pm and 1 to 2 pm.
7:30 pmDinner delivered
A second cook in the afternoon, then two dinner windows from 7:30 to 9:30 pm.

- Tiffin plan: a fixed thali every day for a week or a month, at a lower price per meal, with delivery included.
