What goes into a balanced dabba
Two sabzis, one dal, a grain and something raw. The simple rule our kitchen follows for every meal.

Try a week first, then switch. Here is how the numbers and the flexibility compare.

If you have never ordered from us, start with a weekly plan. Six delivery days is enough to learn the portions, the spice level and whether your slot suits your day.
A monthly plan covers 26 delivery days and costs less per meal. It makes sense once the routine is settled.
Both plans can be paused and both let you skip single days. A skipped day is moved to the end of the plan, so you never pay for a meal you did not receive.
Travelling for more than a few days? Use Pause rather than skipping each day. Your remaining meals wait for you until you press Resume.

Vegetables arrive at six, the first tadka goes on at seven and the last dabba is sealed by eleven thirty.

Most of what we cook is bought the same morning from two markets within a few kilometres of the kitchen.
