Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any booking from your account page before the check-in date.

More than 14 days before arrival: full refund of anything paid.

14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.

Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund, but we will move your stay to other dates within six months, subject to availability.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days. Gift voucher balances are not refundable but stay valid for 12 months.
