Check-in is from 1 pm and check-out is by 11 am. If the cottage is free we are happy to let you arrive early or leave late. Ask us the day before.

Very. The 1924 Bungalow and Streamside Stone Cottage suit families best. The Canopy Treehouse is not suitable for children under six, and the Valley Pool Villa is for adults only.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Streamside Stone Cottage for a cleaning fee of ₹1,000 a stay. Please tell us when you book.

Jio and Airtel work in most of the estate. Wi-Fi is fast in the main lounge and the bungalow, and slower in the cabins and treehouse. Many guests are glad of it.

You can pay a 30% deposit online by card or UPI to confirm your dates straight away. You pay the balance at the estate. Or choose to pay everything at the property: we hold your request and confirm it by email within a few hours.

Yes. Cancel from your account page any time before check-in. We refund the deposit in full up to 14 days before arrival, 50% from 14 to 7 days, and offer a date change after that. See our cancellation policy for details.

Buy a voucher for an amount or for nights in a chosen cottage. We email a voucher with a code to you or the recipient. They enter the code when they book, and any balance stays on the voucher for 12 months.

Breakfast is included in every stay. Lunch and dinner can be added when you book, or ordered at the estate. We cook vegetarian, Kodava and continental dishes, and can manage most allergies with notice.

Yes, from October to May. During the monsoon the last three kilometres can be slippery, so we meet you at the gate with our jeep at no charge.

Yes. The plantation walk, coffee tasting, waterfall trek and kitchen class are open to day visitors when space allows. Book on the experiences page and pay at the estate.
