Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of advisory plans and strategy sessions from Tessaro Advisory LLP.

Advisory plans

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance as shown on the Pricing page. Monthly plans may be cancelled with thirty days' written notice. Yearly plans run for twelve months from the date of payment.

Strategy sessions

Sessions are paid in advance and confirmed on payment. You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Sessions missed without notice are not refundable.

Prices and tax

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST at 18%. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.

Nature of advice

Our advice is based on the information you provide. It is not investment advice, and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Decisions remain yours.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
