Charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹10,000. Smaller orders carry a flat delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch all orders within 3 working days, Monday to Saturday. Delivery takes 3 to 7 working days across India. Remote pin codes may occasionally take a little longer.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent by email as soon as your order leaves the studio. You can also follow it from your account.
Payment
We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay.
Delivery attempts
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund of the product value.
