Orders and delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹10,000; below that a flat delivery charge is shown at checkout. We dispatch within 3 working days and deliver in 3 to 7 working days across India. We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay.
Returns
Unworn pieces with their tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.
Sizing
Every garment is cut on one unisex block and graded from 0 to 5, roughly XS to XXL. The conversion table on each product page gives chest and waist in centimetres with EU and UK equivalents. Between two sizes, take the smaller for coats and the larger for shirting.

UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, all processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Returns
Yes. Unworn pieces with their tags can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Candles and anything altered for you cannot be returned unless faulty.
The collection
It is the order in which the piece was finished for Collection 09. Overcoat 01 was first; Candle 17 was last. Pieces that return in a later collection keep their number.
Care
Hand wash knitwear cold and dry it flat; coats are dry clean only. Wipe leather with a dry cloth and condition it twice a year. Care lines are listed on every product page.
Visits
Yes. The studio in Bengaluru is open Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 to 19:00. Write to us to book a fitting and we will hold your sizes.
