Our 14-day returns window
Unworn pieces with their tags, in the original packaging, may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or a size exchange.
What we cannot accept
Worn, washed or altered garments, and candles, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
How to return
Write to us with your order number. We will arrange a pick-up where our courier partners offer the service, or share the studio address.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of the return reaching us. Banks may take a further 5 to 7 working days.
