Yes. Tick Hem to my length on any jean, workwear trouser or overall, enter your inseam in inches, and we chain-stitch the hem in the workshop before it ships. It adds one or two working days and nothing to the price.

Fill in the repair form with what needs fixing. We reply within two working days with a prepaid label or a bench slot in the workshop. Repairs on Marlowe pieces are free for life; we charge only for parts on other brands.

Raw denim is stiff, dark and unwashed; it shrinks a little and fades to your exact shape over months. Washed denim is soft from day one and keeps its size. If you want a pair that tells your story, go raw. If you want comfort now, go washed.

As little as you can. Turn them inside out, wash cold on their own, and hang to dry. Raw denim is best left six months before the first wash. Never tumble dry, and never bleach.

Unhemmed pieces ship in one working day; hemmed pieces in two or three. Standard delivery is free over $150 and takes 2 to 4 working days. We ship internationally; duties are shown at checkout.

Unworn, unhemmed pieces can be returned within 30 days. Hemmed jeans can be exchanged once for a different size, and we hem the new pair free too. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Our selvedge comes from a family mill running narrow shuttle looms. Everything is cut and sewn in small runs at partner workshops we visit every season, and every hem and repair is done on our own bench in the studio.
