Every order is checked on the bench before it ships. Unhemmed pieces leave the studio in one working day; hemmed pieces in two or three. You get a tracking link the moment it goes.
Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 working days and is free over $150. Everything ships in a recycled mailer you can reuse for returns or for sending us a repair.
Unworn, unhemmed pieces can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Hemmed jeans can be exchanged once for a different size, and we hem the new pair free. Gift cards are non-refundable.
