Uninstalled items in their original packing may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
What we cannot accept
Products that have been fitted, cut or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty claims
Bodies and finishes carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Electrical parts carry 3 to 5 years. Write to us with your order number and a photo to start a claim.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of the return reaching us.
