Before dispatch
Orders that have not yet been packed can be cancelled for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
After dispatch
Once an order has left our warehouse it can no longer be cancelled. You are welcome to return it uninstalled within 30 days of delivery under our returns policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days.
