These terms apply to every booking and membership made with Sovra. This is placeholder text for a demo site and should be replaced with terms reviewed by your own advisor.
Bookings. A booking is confirmed when you receive a booking number. Prices, visit fees and membership totals are calculated by us at the time of booking.
Your home. Please provide a clean, well-lit space, a chair or bed, a plug point and access to water. Our professionals may decline a service if the space is unsafe.
Conduct. Our professionals are entitled to a respectful workplace. A visit will be ended, without refund, in the case of harassment or inappropriate requests.
Skin and health. Tell us about allergies, skin conditions, recent treatments or medication in the notes box before booking. A patch test is done for colour and for new facial products.
