Yes. Cash on delivery is available on most pin codes for orders up to ₹5,000. You can also pay by UPI, card or net banking at checkout.

Go slowly, over 7 to 10 days. Start with a quarter Purrly mixed into the old food, move to half after three days, three quarters after six, then all Purrly. A slow switch avoids upset tummies.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. If the pack is more than three quarters full we will replace it with another recipe or refund you, once per product. See our refund policy for details.

A typical 4 kg adult cat needs about 50 to 60 g of dry food a day, or one 85 g wet pouch plus 35 g of dry. Every pack has a feeding table by weight, and our feeding guide has a full chart for kittens, adults and seniors.

Both work, and a mix is often best. Dry food is convenient and good for teeth; wet food adds moisture, which helps cats that do not drink much. All Purrly dry and wet meals are complete and balanced.

Send a photo of the pack and the outer box to hello@purrly.example within 48 hours. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

Dry food keeps for 18 months unopened and wet food for 24 months. Once opened, use dry food within 6 weeks and store it sealed in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate opened wet food and use within 2 days.
