Kestrel Point
Ninety-two sky residences above the Worli sea face.
The project
A 54-floor tower of full-floor and half-floor homes, with an open sky garden every eighth floor.
Kestrel Point is a tall, quiet tower on a narrow plot facing the Arabian Sea. Its stacked form steps back every eighth floor to make room for a shared sky garden, so no resident is ever more than four floors from open air.
The tower uses a hybrid timber and concrete structure above the podium, which cut its embodied carbon by almost a third.
Homes range from three-bedroom half-floors to two duplex penthouses with private pools.
