Buying
What is the token amount and is it refundable?
A token holds a home for you for 15 days while we prepare the agreement. It is ₹2,00,000 for most homes, ₹1,00,000 for plots and homes under ₹2 crore, and ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 for leases. It is fully refundable if you change your mind within those 15 days.
Are all your projects RERA registered?
Yes. Every Terravel project and phase is registered with its state RERA authority. The registration number is shown on each project page.
Can I buy from outside India?
Yes. NRI and OCI buyers can buy residential property in India. We handle visits by video, documents by courier and payments from NRE/NRO accounts.
Visits
How do site visits work?
Pick a home, a date and a time slot online. Your advisor confirms by phone, meets you at the site and walks you through the plans. Visits are free and take about an hour. Video walkthroughs are available if you are abroad.
Finance
Which banks finance your homes?
Our projects are approved by most major lenders. Our home-loan desk compares offers for you at no cost and can usually get an in-principle approval within 72 hours.
Ownership
How will I know how construction is going?
Every buyer gets a monthly progress report with photos, and the timeline on each project page is updated as milestones are reached.
Can I let my home through Terravel?
Our leasing desk manages long lets in all our cities, and Saltwater owners can join the holiday rental programme.
Selling
Can you help me sell my current home?
Yes. Our resale desk offers a free valuation within 48 hours and can market your home alongside our own listings.
