Terravel is a design-led developer. We buy the land, draw the plans, pour the concrete and sell every home ourselves.
Our story
Terravel began as an architecture studio that kept losing arguments with developers. In 2008 its two founders decided to become the developer, and to keep the arguments in-house.
Eighteen years later we still work the same way. A small number of projects at a time, each one designed around its site: the trees, the slope, the light and the wind. Our own crews build them, and our own advisors sell them.

That is why we publish construction progress every month, take refundable reservations online and price every unit openly on the site.
