Sizing
Every product page has a fit note under the size chips, for example Regular or Boxy, and tells you whether to size up or down. If you are between sizes, write to us with your height and chest measurement and we will suggest one.
Orders & delivery
We dispatch within 48 hours, Monday to Saturday, and delivery takes 3 to 7 working days across India. Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,999; smaller orders carry a flat charge shown at checkout before you pay.
UPI, credit and debit cards and netbanking, all processed securely by Razorpay. We never see your card details.
Returns
Yes. Unworn, unwashed pieces with their tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Underwear and socks can only be returned unopened.
Care
Our jersey and loopback are pre-washed, so shrinkage is under 3 percent. Wash cool and dry on a line; a hot tumble dryer is the only thing that will change the size.
Write to us with a photo of the damage. If it is a seam, button or small hole on something we made, post it to our studio and we will mend it and send it back. You pay the postage to us; we pay it back to you.
About us
We take what we pay for fabric, making and transport for a style, add taxes and payment fees, and what is left is our margin. The percentages on the site are rounded averages across the range, so treat them as a guide rather than an invoice.
They are estimates. We multiply the number of pieces sold by published average savings for organic cotton and recycled fibres. They are illustrative, not audited, and we label them that way.
