The brief
Four basements in hard rock next to a live metro viaduct with strict vibration limits.
How we built it
Controlled blasting was replaced by hydraulic rock splitting, with vibration monitors on the viaduct piers reporting live to the metro authority.
The result
Handed over to the first tenant in 26 months; LEED Platinum core-and-shell.
