Grade-A warehouses and cold-chain DCs with FM2 floors, high clear heights and dock levellers.
A warehouse is a floor with a roof over it, and the floor is where the money is. We lay laser-screeded FM2 floors with joint-free pours, erect PEB frames in parallel, and hand over buildings that are racking-ready.
For cold chain we design the insulated slab, under-floor heating and PUF chambers as one system.
