Kochi, Agatti, a boat

Maravi is a private island in the Lakshadweep archipelago, about 400 kilometres off the coast of Kerala in the Arabian Sea.

By air: fly to Kochi (COK), then take the morning flight to Agatti (AGX). The flight takes around ninety minutes and lands on an airstrip with sea on both sides.

By boat: our crew meets every flight. The crossing from Agatti jetty to the island takes 25 minutes inside the lagoon and is included in your rate, in both directions.

By seaplane: add a seaplane arrival when you book and land on the lagoon in front of the villas. Flights run in daylight and depend on the weather.

Permits: every visitor to Lakshadweep needs an entry permit. We arrange it for you at no charge. Reservations will ask for a copy of your ID or passport after you book; allow ten working days.

Good to know: the island keeps Indian Standard Time. Bring cash only for tips; everything else goes on your villa account.
