You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date, for a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are charged for the first three nights of the stay. No-shows and early departures are charged in full.
Date changes are free at any time, subject to availability on the new dates. If the new dates cost more, you pay the difference; if they cost less, we refund it.
If a flight to Agatti is cancelled because of weather, we move your stay or refund the nights you lose, whichever you prefer.
Spa treatments and experiences added to a stay can be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before they begin.
