Verdant Collective
Verdant wanted more than a plant shop; they wanted an experience. Our job was to carry their warm, slightly wild in-store charm into a digital space without losing a leaf of it.

01Overview
Verdant runs two much-loved plant studios in Pune, with workshops, a café counter and a growing subscription for office greenery.
They asked us for an identity that could flex from a hand-stamped plant tag to a corporate proposal, and a shop that felt like walking in.

02Challenge
The founders' personality was the brand, and none of it was written down. Previous design work had flattened them into another minimalist green logo.

03Approach
We started with their handwriting, their stamps and the wax seals they already used on gift notes, and built a system around them: a custom wordmark drawn from a botanical engraving, a seal mark, and a palette of moss, terracotta and paper.
Online, product photography moved from white backgrounds to real corners of their studios, and the shop grew a care guide for every plant written in the founders' voice.

What changed
An identity with fingerprints on it. Verdant now looks as handmade online as it feels in person.
