Privacy policy

Olven Studio LLP (“Olven”, “we”) runs this website and the client room. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Enquiries: the name, email, phone, company, budget and message you send through a contact form.
• Studio Notes: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• Reviews: your name, role, company and words. Your email is kept private and never published.
• Retainers: billing name, email, phone, company and city, and the payment reference from Razorpay. We never see or store card or UPI details.
• Client room: your email address for sign-in codes, and the requests you send us.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver the work you pay for, issue invoices, send the newsletter you asked for and keep our records as the law requires. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers, and Razorpay for payments, process data on our behalf under their own security obligations. We share nothing else without your consent unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries for two years, invoices and payment records for eight years (Indian tax law), newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@olven.studio. Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to work — for example, keeping you signed in to the client room. No advertising trackers.
