Third Shore Records
An indie label with a cult following needed a digital home and a campaign toolkit that let every release look different while still feeling unmistakably theirs.

01Overview
Third Shore signs independent artists from across South Asia. With six releases a year and no in-house designer, every album launch was a scramble.
They joined us on a Growth retainer to build a flexible identity and run release campaigns month to month.

02Challenge
Artists rightly want their own look. The label needed recognition without imposing a template on people whose work is the opposite of templated.

03Approach
We designed a system of constants and variables: a fixed typographic frame, a shoreline rule and a release number stay the same; colour, imagery and motion belong entirely to the artist.
On top of that we built a release microsite engine, so a new campaign goes live in two days instead of two weeks.

What changed
A label that finally looks like the scene it champions, and a release process the team actually looks forward to.
