Warranty

Every laptop and component carries the full brand warranty, and we handle the claim for you at any Bytecraft store.

Custom PCs assembled by Bytecraft carry a 3-year Bytecraft labour warranty on top of each part's brand warranty. If something fails, we collect it free within Bengaluru, diagnose it within 48 hours and lend you a loaner where we can.

The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage or parts changed outside our lab.
