Dead on arrival? We replace it within 7 days, no questions asked, once our bench confirms the fault.

Opened laptops and components can be returned within 7 days if they are in as-new condition with all accessories. Custom PCs can be returned within 7 days less the assembly fee.

Refunds reach your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
