Moving your date
You can move your booking to any other date with free seats up to 72 hours before your workshop. Reply to your confirmation email or write to hello@kilnroom.studio.
Cancelling
Cancel more than 72 hours before and we refund your payment in full within 5–7 working days. Inside 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to another date once.
If we cancel
If illness or a power cut means we have to cancel, you get a full refund or a new date — your choice.
Waitlist
When a seat frees on a full date we email everyone on the waitlist for that date. The first person to book gets the seat.
