Atelier Oku
A drop-based fashion store with the pace of a runway.
Atelier Oku makes small-batch outerwear in Mumbai and sells it in limited drops. They needed a storefront that could carry the drama of a launch night and still convert on a phone in a crowded metro.

(Challenge)
Drops sold out in minutes, but the old theme buckled under traffic and looked like every other store. Lookbook imagery was buried two clicks deep, and the brand's voice disappeared at checkout.
We had six weeks before the autumn collection, and the store had to survive ten times its usual traffic for the first hour.

(Solutions)
We designed an editorial storefront where the lookbook is the catalogue: full-bleed imagery, a countdown that becomes the product grid at launch, and a size-first quick add that skips the product page for returning customers.
Under the hood we built a headless Next.js front end with edge caching and a queue page that keeps people in line instead of showing an error. Motion is used sparingly: garments rotate on scroll, and type reveals line by line like a show programme.
(Results)
The autumn drop sold through in 18 minutes with zero downtime. Mobile conversion rose by 63 percent, average order value by 22 percent, and the lookbook pages now drive a third of all sessions from social.
