Who we are

Kanso Studio ("Kanso", "we") is a design and technology studio at 2nd floor, 14 Defence Colony, Indiranagar, Bengaluru 560038. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or start a project we collect your name, email, phone number, company, website and what you tell us about your project. When you pay a discovery deposit, the payment is handled by Razorpay; we receive a payment reference and never see your card or bank details.

When you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and where you signed up.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare for and hold your kickoff call, issue invoices, and — if you subscribed — send one letter a month. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Invoices and payment records are kept for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time from any letter.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to hello@kansostudio.in. We reply within 30 days.
